Abstract

This paper introduces the topology and working principle of diode neutral point clamped three-level voltage source inverter, deeply analyzes the princi-ple of SVPWM algorithm of three-phase three-level inverter, and designs SVPWM module in three steps, including sector judgment, voltage vector working time calculation and time state distribution. The simulation model of SVPWM control system of three-phase three-level permanent magnet syn-chronous motor and inverter is established, and the simulation analysis is car-ried out in MATLAB / Simulink. At the same time, the simulation results are compared with two-level, and the results show that the three-level SVPWM control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor is effective and the model is correct. The SVPWM control system of three-phase three-level per-manent magnet synchronous motor and inverter is judged to work in two-level and three-level mode. By increasing the speed of permanent magnet synchronous motor, the value of reference voltage is increased. The working state from two small sectors to four small sectors makes the working mode from two points to three-level.
