Abstract

This article investigates the problem of construction of dwellings In the conditions of the mountainous city of Kasab, which has a complex relief. The city is located in the" bowl " formed by a mountain massif. And for the construction of individual houses were used flat areas with a small slope. In connection with military operations in the country increases the population emigrating to Kasab, where military operations are not conducted. At the same time, there is a need for new types of houses, which take into account the traditions of the Arab family and provide an opportunity to adapt to modern conditionsin city Kasab. The existing building has a low quality architecture of the living environment: the space-planning structure of houses is not very diverse in architecture and functional content. To solve this situation, it is proposed to build cost-effective individual houses in mountainous areas using the structural system "bearing floor". This article analyzes the structural system "bearing floor". Its economic advantages and space-planning capabilities with due regard for constraints are determined. The basic characteristics of this system, which meet the requirements of modern housing are presented. These recommendations make it possible to increase the comfort of living and reduce the consumption of reinforced concrete for the construction of the house up to two times compared with traditional solutions.
