Abstract
For the purpose of the assessment of the mountain tourism in the region, the authors chose the mountain Triglav ( Slovenia), and some of the most visited destinations on the mountain, in relation to the speed of reaching the necessary level of service quality, while keeping in mind that, twenty years ago, Slovenia was a part of Yugoslavia, just like Serbia. Slovenia has developed its own standards for defining specific areas suitable for the development of sports and recreational tourism. Such destinations are well marked and labeled; there are entire systems of bike route maps, bike and hiking trails, as well as the additional opportunities for engaging in complementary activities within certain sections (horseback riding, paintball, paragliding, etc.). Destinations have thematically arranged accommodation facilities, adapted to the requirements of sports and recreational tourists, whether it refers to hotels, campsites and tourist farms, they have well-trained staff (tour guide); in each destination, there are points where tourists can rent a bike and service it. In this sense, the aim of the paper is to show the condition of hotel offer for the Bled Lake, Bohinj, Bohinjska Bistrica, and Bovec, and the purpose of this paper is to exploit the situation observed for the development of the concrete innovative projects, which will elaborate a system of partnership that would contribute to sustainable development, encouraging entrepreneurship and a greater number of tourists on the mountains in Serbia. The methodology comprised field research and data collection through direct examination of the various managers of different hotel establishments, and tourism organizations of municipalities, various sport clubs, Slovenian societies and associations. The benchmark analysis was also used in order to compare the state of accommodation facilities with storage capacities in Serbia, with the aim of improving the state of accommodation capacities in Serbia.

Summary
Za potrebe rada istraženo je stanje hotelijerske ponude nekih od najposećenijih planinskih mesta Slovenije: jezero Bled, Bohinj, Bohinjska Bistrica i Bovec. Jezero Bled predstavlja simbol Slovenskog sportsko-rekreativnog turizma i nalazi se u neposrednoj blizini Nacionalnog parka Triglav što ga čini odličnom polaznom tačkom za sve vrste sportsko-rekreativnih tura. Bled i okolina su savršeni za biciklizam i planinarenje, bilo da je u pitanju opuštena, lagana vožnja ili šetnja namenjena porodicama ili vožnja i planinarenje sa znatno zahtevnijim deonicama namenjena za rekreativne bicikliste i iskusne planinare (mreža prašnjavih puteva na Jelovici, Pokljuki i Mežaklji zadovoljila bi i najzahtevnije bicikliste, planinare ili jahače). Različiti sistemi puteva i staza pogodni su i za terenske jahače, a moguće je voziti bicikl, planinariti ili jahati svuda oko jezera, zavisno od toga da li se preferiraju kraće ili duže ture (www.bled.si). Što se noćenja turista tiče, iz tabele 1 se vidi da su kao kategorija smeštaja najzastupljeniji hoteli u Bledu u kojima sezona traje čitave godine, ali se zapažaju odreĎene oscilacije tokom prolećnog i jesenjeg perioda u godini.
