Abstract

Epiphytic tracer bacteris (a Pseudomonas sp. and an Arthrobacter sp.) from soybean buds were introduced into open flowers of greenhouse-grown soybean plants. Of the 177 resulting pods cultured after surface disinfection, tracers were recovered from within 24. Seed from two of these pods also carried tracers.
