Abstract

As we saw in the last chapter, psychology in the West has played a prominent role in the study of the development of sex differences in personality. However, in the Soviet Union it has been notably silent on the subject. It has fallen to pedagogical theorists in recent years to draw attention to the importance of sex differences as a factor in personality development. In order to understand the significance of their ideas, however, it is necessary first to have an understanding of how Soviet psychology has dealt with the problem of personality in general.KeywordsConditioned ReflexPersonality DevelopmentHuman PersonalityMental DevelopmentHigh Nervous ActivityThese keywords were added by machine and not by the authors.
