Abstract

The article discusses the peculiarities of the organization of prosecutorial supervision over the execution of laws by bodies engaged in operational investigative activities at various stages of the formation and development of this type of activity through the prism of legislative and other regulatory legal regulation. With the use of historical documents, its characteristic features are revealed.
