Abstract

The cooperation of the Global South is becoming an essential factor in the new system of international relations. In conditions of multipolarity, new centers of power, new sub-regional associations, and new ties between developing countries have high importance. The Southern Cone is an example of a subregion whose states have similar economic and political characteristics. The article shows the features of cooperation between Argentina, Uruguay and Chile in projects of the Global South. Based on government documents, party programs, media materials, statistics, UN documents, the article considers the features of actual projects in each country, identifies mechanisms for their financing, and shows the features of state management of multilateral cooperation.
