Abstract
This article identifies the major common challenges faced by the developing nation in Intellectual Property in the post-TRIPS period. What further perplexes the developing nations is the persistent drive by the North to push for higher IP rights protection and enforcement. The article calls for a South-South cooperation strategy to deal with identified common challenges and setting a common agenda.
