SOSIALISASI MENCEGAH PENYEBARAN COVID-19 DI MASA (NEW NORMAL)

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, Indonesia has entered a new phase after the last few months Indonesia was hit by the corona virus outbreak. However, even though it has entered a new normal condition, this outbreak must still be watched out for. A new life order or a new normal that must be lived will have bad consequences, if we do not comply with health protocols. Therefore, in the face of new normal conditions, people's behavior and actions must change completely from ordinary actions that are often done. Based on these conditions, the Muslim University of Buton aims to carry out community service activities related to facing new normal conditions, through socialization to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in the (new normal) period. The method of implementing community service activities from the Buton Muslim University team is to provide reinforcement to the community about the dangers of the spread of the corona virus in the new normal period so that, through this activity the community service team coordinates with the village party to organize socialization activities. The findings that occurred in the field were the lack of public awareness in complying with health protocols. Therefore, through this activity the program is being carried out, in order to break the average spread of COVID-19 with several programs, including: 1). Provision of security posts in handling covid-19, 2). Spraying from house to house and, 3). Health protocol advice.
