Abstract
The museum of the military Fort of Chillon, opposite the Castle, is still little or not known. Directly located in the military fort, hidden in the rocky wall that borders the cantonal road, it combines an original museography, embellished with media, virtual reality and augmented reality, to immerse us in the military life of the fort, but also in the national and international strategic issues. We took our history didactics students there to experience the challenges of a field trip and to build didactic tracks. We here offer feedback on this experience.
