Abstract

This paper considers fate of Guantamo (GTMO) detainees from standpoints of rationality and intuitive justice; Geneva Conventions; Supreme Court doctrines and decisions; and just deserts. The author proposes both hearing procedures and a final disposition which might be called the Pitcairn Island Solution.
