Abstract

Sorption capacity of a composite ion exchanger based on titanium phosphate for Cs+ and Sr2+ cations was studied. The effect of pH and concentration of salts and, in particular, sodium chloride in solution on the sorption efficiency and distribution coefficient was analyzed. The diffusion coefficients were calculated for the Cs+ and Sr2+ cations and the time of half-exchange of the Na+ cation for the Cs+ and Sr2+ cations was found.
