Abstract

Thin-film (based on polyvinyl alcohol) and gel-like (based on gelatin) radiators for an X-ray fluorescence analysis of carbon sorbates containing oxinates of copper and nickel have been developed. We have studied principal characteristics of sorption processes. Lower boundaries of concentrations of copper determined in aqueous solutions constitute 0.05 and 1.5 mg/dm3 respectively for film and gel-like radiators, while that of nickel using film radiators—0.01 mg/dm3.
