Abstract

Splenogonadal fusion (SGF) is a rare malformation that involves immature splenic tissue connecting and adhering to gonadal tissue during embryologic development. SGF is typically diagnosed during surgery or autopsy. This case study reports a case of discontinuous SGF found on sonography with correlative magnetic resonance imaging.
