Abstract
The pottery lamps under-discussion are unstratified material possessed by the Jordanian Archaeological Museum in Amman, with unknown provenance. No complete corpus of such local specimens has been found so far on either side of the Jordan River and Wadi Araba. Actually, the total number of these lamps is very limited. This study, therefore, seeks to fill the need of a scholarly cataloguing and discussion of these rare objects.
