Abstract

The formation and development of personality is a long and complicated process. In that process, the internal and external factors, the biological and the social, often interact with each other, and the role of each factor changes in each stage of each person's development. In the process of life, people acquire life experiences, beliefs, habits... and vice versa, when receiving anything, personality is also based on social standards to adjust their behavior. Not only that, they also rely on the inside, their own experiences to evaluate, accept or reject the outside. Thus, this process is always associated with the self-evaluation and self-consciousness of each person and thus, is associated with the self-education process, the self-improvement process of the personality. Personality is not something finished, but a process that requires constant improvement.
