Abstract

The object of this paper is to present a series of tentative correlations from the evidence of graptolite zones extending from near the middle of the Arbuckle limestone, up through the upper Arbuckle, Simpson, Viola, Sylvan, and Henryhouse of the Arbuckle Mountain region, and the Stringtown-Womble, Big Fork, Polk Creek, and Blaylock of the Ouachita region. While only evidence from graptolites is presented here, other zone fossils have been used extensively in determining some of the correlation which is illustrated in two papers by the writer.(FOOTNOTE 3)
