Abstract

We obtain the metric corresponding to the Hayward black hole space–time surrounded by a cloud of strings. The consequences of the cloud of strings on the regularity of the obtained solution, as well as on the energy conditions are analyzed. Also, the horizons, geodesics, effective potential and some aspects of the thermodynamics are investigated. We compare all the obtained results with the ones of the literature corresponding to the Hayward black hole, that is, in a scenario where the cloud of strings is absent.
