A brief discussion of some of the problems confronting regulatory officials at the present time, calling attention to the transportation of plants and plant materials by unregulated trucks over Federal-State highways; the use of clean planting stock in highway beautification projects; financing of regulatory services under present economic conditions and quarantines.
