Abstract

modramus sandwichensis bryanti and Geothlypis trichas sinuosa; while from the southern marshes come the larger Melosbiza melodia cooperi, Ammodramus sandwichensis beldingi and Geolhlypis trichas scirficola. It is also notable that the races of Geothlypis trichas cccurring on the Pacific Coast are to a remarkable degree parallelled by those of the Atlantic Coast (See Palmer, Auk XVII, July 19oo, pp. 216242.)
