Abstract
New types of single-frequency lasers developed in UPT-CSAV are presented. The discharge tube TK6 is built in the laser head of the LIMS system. TK6 laser is a selfcontained unit with a separate power supply; it is used in the laser interference measurement system for microelectronics. Some basic properties of these lasers are discussed, primarily the line width and frequency stability.
