Abstract

Electron-nuclear oscillations in an easy-axis antiferromagnetic are classified for different values and orientations of the magnetic field. Matrices of U − V transformation are obtained for every case. Eigenfrequencies of nuclear spin precession are defined, the effect of correlated motion of magnetic moments being taken into account. A new branch of electron and nuclear spin waves is predicted. This branch of oscillations is shown to be a specific feature of hyperlow temperatures, when the condition AI > ( a + b) ⋯ S is met. The theory of relaxation in easy-axis antiferromagnetics in magnetic field H < H AE is built using U − V transformation. The possibility of fast cooling of nuclear spins is indicated. Inhomogeneous acoustic oscillations of nuclear temperature are predicted.
