Abstract
AbstractClassifying secondary glaucoma as (1) mechanical and (2) biochemical or inflammatory, the author discusses especially the biochemical or inflammatory type. The use of mydriatics in such cases should be very cautious, and usually limited to homatropin, the action of which can be controlled more readily in case of necessity.
