Abstract

Some iterative schemes for controlling large decentralized dynamic systems are considered. These schemes are classified into two groups tatonnement processes and non-tatonnement processes according to some real-time information requirements. In non-tatonnement processes which are more appropriate for controlling dynamic systems, message exchange processes among agents as well as iterative control schemes must be considered. These are illustrated by a simple example.
