Abstract

Background: ‪The paper presents some insights into the organisation of physical education classes in primary and secondary (lower secondary level) schools in Bihor county, Romania. Results: ‪The results indicate an insufficient number of physical education hours established in the primary and secondary school curriculum. Conclusions. There is a need to improve the quality of sports infrastructure and facilities in schools (synthetic sports fields, multisport fields, etc.), both through the involvement of school management and local public authorities. Conclusions: ‪There is a need to improve the quality of sports infrastructure and facilities in schools (synthetic sports fields, multisport fields, etc.), both through the involvement of school management and local public authorities.
