In this paper we show that for any integer n ⩾ 1, primes p 1, …, p n , p i ≡ 3 (mod 4), p i > 3, i = 1, …, n, and all nonnegative integers r, r 1, …, r n there exist Hadamard matrices of special Williamson kind and difference sets of order 4 × 3 2 r × ( p 1 r 1 ··· p n r n ) 4.
