Abstract
The transport properties in the high temperature regime are measured for Y(Ni 1− x Mn x ) 2B 2C compounds. A model for the electron–phonon spectral function is suggested and its parameters extracted from experiment. Experimental data for the phonon density of states obtained by neutron scattering are used together with this model to describe our resistivity results.
