Abstract
Formulas for of osmotic pressure and second sound velocity of a polarized system are derived and applied to polarized dilute solutions of 3He in superfluid 4He. Results are compared to experiment. Agreement is reasonable, but inferior to that obtained for transport properties reinforcing the claim of Meyerovich that the theory may have some conceptual difficulties.
