Abstract

Currently, ensuring and improving the quality of education has become a priority and relevant direction in the system of higher education and postgraduate education. In this regard, the internal quality assurance policy and system, as one of the components of the national quality assurance model, plays an incredibly important role in the university's activities. It is a systematic approach to the management, control and continuous improvement of all aspects of university activities, aimed at achieving high standards of education, research, administrative processes and other key functions of the university. Quality assurance within the university has a positive impact on all participants in the educational process, including students, teachers, administrative staff and researchers. This descriptive work provides a brief analysis of the research results that show the importance of the internal quality assurance system of universities in the development of an institutional culture of quality, in continuous improvement and innovation in the field of education. The important and key issues of building the policy and internal quality assurance system of the university are considered. The main aspects of the policy and culture of ensuring the quality of education are disclosed.
