Abstract

Resources are closely linked to the environment. Each year, the motor consumes 60% of the industrial power resources. The manufacture and operation of the motor have a great negative impact on resources and the environment. Therefore, it has become a research hotspot to alleviate this negative impact in the motor product service system and to improve the sustainable production capacity of the motor product. Based on this, this paper analyzes the impact on the resource environment from the micro and macro perspectives of motor product manufacturing, and reduces resource cost, environmental pollution treatment cost and economic benefit cost in the field of motor product production and inventory control system. On the micro level, this paper studies the process technology of manufacturing, testing, evaluating, maintaining and re-manufacturing the mechanical structure of electrical machinery to improve the efficiency of the motor and the sustainable production capacity of the product itself. On the macro level, the article studies the analysis of the motor by the big data method. The quality of the related factors, optimize the upgrade of the inventory management system, improve the forward quality of the motor products and the backward quality consistency, and combine the products and services into a product service system, saving resources and costs.It enhances the sustainable development of product service systems in the field of motor control.
