Abstract
Many federal ESPC projects have more opportunities than thetraditional demand-side energy conservation measures (ECMs). Moreadvanced technologies, like renewable project, can be incorporated intothe project bundle when the energy services company (ESCO) takesadvantage of creative financing, incentives and rebates available. Thisarticle will cover the following aspects of solutions development for re-newable and CHP projects for the federal government. Included will bea discussion of more advanced ECMs available to a particular location
