Abstract

The unique feature of this work is that here we use Koga’s technique to solve the massless Dirac equation in four dimensions without using the technique of geometric algebra. The solution of the massless Dirac equation given in this work should be considered merely as a clue for the existence of a massless spinning Dirac field with imaginary energy. Hopefully, in the near future, somebody will devise an empirical justification for the existence of such a field. The work presented here may or may not fit the conventional realm of modern physics but its importance lies in the fact that it provides a clue for the existence of a massless spinning Dirac field with imaginary energy.
