Abstract

A novel solution-processed organic–inorganic composite material of poly(4-styrene sulfonic acid) (PSS) and molybdenum oxide (MoOx) nanoparticles is reported for use at the front of interdigitated back contact (IBC) solar cells as a triple-function layer.
