Abstract
In this paper optimal homotopy asymptotic method (OHAM) is used for time fractional mathematical model of nonlinear wave in hyperplastic rod. Fractional order derivatives are taken in Caputo sense. Obtained results are compared with Homotopy Perturbation Method. Numerical results show that optimal homotopy asymptotic method is fast convergentif we use even a few terms OHAM solution.
