Abstract
Solubility of dilute SO2 mixture gas in dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) and MnSO4 mixture solvent has been determined from 294.15 to 313.15 K and partial pressure of SO2 from 0.41 to 2.70 kPa. The measured solubility data can then be used as an essential data to serve the process design of SO2 removal from flue gas.
