Abstract
Protium and deuterium solubilities and diffusivities in Inconel 625 have been determined in the temperature range from 650 to 900 K and in the pressure range from 0.01 to 1 bar. The results can be described by S /sub H/ = ..sqrt.. p x 1.49 exp (-10520/R /sub o/ T) S /sub D/ = ..sqrt.. p x 1.27 exp (-10500/R /sub o/ T) D /sub H/ = 1.75.10 /sup -2/exp (-52600/R /sub o/ T) D /sub D/ = 2.39.10 /sup -2/exp (-57200/R /sub o/ T) where R /sub o/ = 8.314 J.mol/sup -1/ .K/sup -1/, S in cm/sup 3/ (NTP). cm/sup -3/, D in cm/sup 2/.s/sup -1/, p in bar and T in K.
