Abstract
Ganglioneuromatous hamartoma is a benign tumour of autonomic ganglia with very few cases reported in head and neck region. In this report, we are presenting a case of ganglioneuromatous hamartoma in a 20day old female child who presented with a tongue mass. She underwent a surgical excision and the definitive diagnosis was made by histopathology. This case reports discusses presentation and management of a case of ganglioneuromatous hamartoma.
