Abstract

AbstractSolitary central myofibroma of the paediatric mandible is a rare tumour. Although benign, its clinical course can mimic a malignant tumour in addition to the possibility of it being misdiagnosed histologically. We report our experience in the diagnosis and management of this rare lesion in a 2‐year‐old child.
