Abstract
Various mixtures of SnO 2Cr 2O 3 and SnO 2K 2Cr 2O 7, were subjected to different thermal treatments. The crystalline phases in the calcination products have been identified by X-ray diffraction. The non-formation of definite compounds was also proved by diffuse reflectance: The structural environment of the cation Cr(III) was also studied.
