“Head-to-side-chain” cyclic tripeptides were designed as endothelin receptor antagonists. Solid phase synthesis of cyclic peptides, using an automated allyl cleavage procedure with Pd[P(Ph 3)] 4 followed by cyclization was performed. Synthetic procedures were established on a continous-flow peptide synthesizer.
