Abstract

On the basis of investigations of the 11-year cosmic-ray cycle, the dimensions of the region filled with the solar wind, the scattering transport paths of particles of various energies, and the change in spectrum of magnetic inhomogeneities with respect to solar activity are studied. Using comparatively high-energy cosmic rays and taking account of the time lag of interplanetary space conditions relative to processes on the sun, these properties of the solar wind and others, such as the true cosmic-ray intensity beyond the region filled with the solar wind, are evaluated.
