Abstract

Statistics and Probability is a series of computer-based instruction packages designed to extend and enrich existing course materials in elementary and intermediate statistics. Reviewed here are materials on: (1) chi-square analysis; (2) discrete probability distributions ; and (3) simulations, limit theorems, and discrete probability functions. The programs are good examples of the powerful contributions computers can make to university-level learning.
