Abstract
Summary: OVERVUE is a potent information manager, well suited for checkbooks, mailing lists, bibliographies, etc. This relational system allows multi-file processing and interacts with WORD, MACWRITE, MULTIPLAN, and other programs. Several innovative features facilitate fast, accurate data entry. It is possible to create and store lengthy analytical procedures operating on numeric and alphanumeric data, as well as on times and dates. The lack of a square root function hampers its use for conventional social research analyses.
