Abstract
GPSSlPC is excellent at what it does: allowing easy simulation of queuing-line situations, critical for the study of the management of service delivery. It is not a general-purpose simulator, in spite of its title. Moreover, its roots in card-batched mainframe days still show, and there is no menu mode. Rather, users must learn the GPSS programming language.
