Abstract

The article is devoted to the development of software for modelling electromagnetic wave with thin conductive fibers interaction in the form of a circular cylinder. The software allows you to adjust such physical parameters as the electrical conductivity of the investigated fiber, the range of wavelengths of electromagnetic radiation, the range of fiber diameters and the complex refractive index. Software calculates the values of the efficiency factors of attenuation, scattering and absorption of the electromagnetic wave by the fiber, followed by their visualization in the form of graphs on the basis of the received data.
