Abstract
This article considers the issue of developing software for automated measurement of single photon detectors parameters at a modular research quantum key distribution setup. Using the developed software, a technique for measuring single photon detector parameters was tested. The dependences of the parameters on the pulse repetition rate, the degree of attenuation of laser radiation, and the duration of one measurement are analyzed.
