Abstract

Software start-up failures are often explained with poor business models, market issues, or insufficient funding. Inadequacies in software engineering could be a significant contributing factor to the high start-up failure rate and precede any marketing or business related challenges. We reveal three antipatterns associated with start-up progression phases.
