Abstract
Isolated bidirectional dc-dc converter has become the common topology of the key DC distribution equipment such as solid-state DC transformer in many systems of DC microgrid and AC/DC hybrid distribution network due to bidirectional active power flow control, high reliability and high power density. In this paper, IBDC is taken as subject investigated. Based on the fundamental harmonic analysis, the influence of harmonics on resonant current is considered. According to the modeling for the fundamental and harmonics, discussion on voltage gain, switching frequency and phase-shift angle is analyzed for soft switching characteristics and harmonic current. Finally, the simulation and experiment verify the correctness of theoretical analysis.
