Abstract
The modern world requires the introduction of new approaches to quality medical education. This is due to the changing roles of key players, which are a new generation of students, a new image of the teacher, which accordingly contributes to changing their relationships. The implementation of interactive learning with the use of simulation technologies contributes to the formation of competencies through the implementation of the Kolb cycle and reflection. As a result of such interaction, the student not only acquires academic knowledge and basic practical skills (hard skills), but also a number of non-professional competencies (soft skills), which are the key to a successful medical career.
