Abstract
A 30-year-old woman presented for evaluation of a lesion in the left eye. She underwent congenital cataract extraction in the left eye without lens replacement at 6 months of age. She denied prior trauma or pain. Best-corrected visual acuity was 20/20 in the right eye and 20/150 in the left eye, which was reportedly stable.
